Chateau Douillett is a luxury French Provincial styled mansion and seasonal outdoor wedding and event venue in Springfield, Massachusetts. Built in 1929, it features outdoor spaces including a sunken rear courtyard, terraced garden with marble gazebo, and a front lawn. The venue offers wedding and non-wedding event packages, plus guest rooms and photography location access.
3-day venue rental with exclusive access (Friday 3pm–Sunday noon). Includes rehearsal/welcome party (up to 30), wedding day grounds for up to 200 guests under a 40' x 80' pole tent, day-of coordinator, access to in-house stylist/floral designer, and breakfast/brunch (up to 30) on Day 3. Overnight accommodations for up to 10 guest.
5 hours of venue rental including ceremony, social hour, and reception for up to 40 guests. Includes bouquet & boutonniere in chosen colors, use of bridal suite and gentlemen’s club to get ready, tables/chairs/white linens/table numbers, access to rental decor trunk (fees apply). Overnight stay in suites may be added upon request for up to 10 guests.
Outdoor wedding venue rental with access 1pm–11pm (setup/cleanup included). Ceremony locations include gazebo, sunken courtyard, or front lawn. Tented reception area for larger weddings (some fees apply) and rear courtyard for intimate events. Includes tables (round/banquet), garden chairs, white table linens, table numbers, and access to rental decor trunk (additional fees apply). Assigned event coordinator and access to in-house wedding stylist and floral designer for consultation. Vendors may have access prior to 1pm (time to be agreed).
Events venue for intimate to grand celebrations; accommodates various party sizes. Front lawn supports grand tented celebrations; rear courtyard supports intimate ceremonies/celebrations. Functions include weddings/rehearsals, bridal/baby showers, engagement dinners, business functions, graduation parties, yoga workshops, wine tastings, ladies weekend away, men’s card night, and more.
Location for professional photography/creative shoots with privacy and exclusivity. Suitable for romantic/vintage shoots, fashion editorial/portfolio updates, and events such as graduation, weddings/engagements, birthdays, quinceañera, bar/bat mitzvah, baptism, family reunions, business functions, holiday events, award ceremonies, anniversaries, garden club, portrait artist, workshop photography.
