Gentle slow rhythmic movement massage of the lymph system to stimulate the immune system, eliminate toxins, and remove fluid retention. Useful pre/post surgery to decrease swelling and bruising; also used to reduce scarring and promote skin elasticity.
Swedish massage with long flowing strokes, deep kneading, surface friction, light tapping, and joint movement; relaxes muscles and concentrates strokes toward the heart to increase circulation and reduce emotional/physical stress.
Application of specific pressures to reflex points in the hands and feet (zone therapy). Often done without lotion; focuses on reflex areas linked to glands/organs/body parts.
Light-touch, non-invasive therapy based on craniosacral rhythm (movement of cranial and sacral fluids) to balance the cranial rhythm and support overall health; especially beneficial for those sensitive to touch and for fibromyalgia.
Sound bath meditation using Chinese and symphonic gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and/or tuning forks; also offered for self-care or with loved ones (birthdays, showers, bridal/bachelorette/bachelor parties). Yoga mats and pillows available; blanket recommended.
Reiki energy work (Usui/“Universal Life” energy) to ease tension and stress and support healing on physical, mental, and emotional levels; used for insomnia, anxiety, headaches, depression, stress, PTSD, and to release blockages.
Sound bath with Reiki meditation for a deep healing experience and a refreshed/vibrant feeling.
Akashic records reading to access information about past memories/agreements/soul lessons/contracts/past lives or misunderstandings for understanding and healing and release.
