Customizable session for relaxation and/or therapeutic work (Swedish, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, or combination).

Complete Relief (90 minutes)
Ideal/recommended for first manual lymphatic drainage session; multiple areas of focus and/or chronic stress/tension/pain; also for multiple liposuction areas.

Complete Overhaul (120 minutes)
Longer session to address every issue; post-operative lymph drainage for multiple procedures; full-body MLD reset/flush/rejuvenate.

Guided Couple's Massage (2 hours)
Guided instruction while both partners participate; therapist demonstrates technique/pressure, then partners practice with feedback.

Private Instruction
One-on-one personalized massage instruction with hands-on learning of techniques and pressure/movements.
