Helps reduce stress and promote wellness; relieves common pregnancy discomforts. Not accepted during first trimester.

Heated buckwheat packs followed by therapeutic deep tissue massage to reduce joint stiffness, relieve pain, calm muscle spasms, reduce inflammation, and increase blood flow.
