• Reflexology (Ingham Method)

  Applies pressure to reflex areas, most commonly on the hands, feet, or ears, to promote relaxation and help reduce stress and tension.

• Couples Massage

  Choose Swedish or medical massage. Couples take turns receiving a massage and using the 5 Therapy Mat with the Chi Machine.

• Cranio-Sacral Therapy

  Whole-spine decompression using gentle positioning to create space between spinal nerves; also used for sports massage.

• Lymphatic Drainage

  Advanced, non-painful lymphatic drainage, including pre- and post-surgery care and facial drainage. Package deal available.

  $750 for 10 massages

  1 hour per massage

• Myofascial Release Massage

  Sustained pressure on targeted connective tissue to release restrictions, improve range of motion, and reduce pain.

• Prenatal Massage

  Massage tailored to pregnancy, using techniques such as lymphatic work, gentle spine decompression, reflexology, and hip balancing.

• Foot Massage

  Helps promote circulation, ease pain, and reduce tension; included in Swedish Massage.

• Swedish Massage

  Whole-body relaxation massage using natural oils and techniques including effleurage, petrissage, friction, and vibration.
