Tranquil, rejuvenating massage designed to induce deep relaxation using light-to-moderate pressure (up to 7/10) with flowing strokes, rhythmic movements, and gentle stretching.

Prenatal massage supports pregnancy by easing common aches and tension, improving comfort, and creating space to slow down and connect; tailored to the body during pregnancy.

Couples massage where both clients are in the same room with separate therapists; each massage is customizable (need to know if you’re pregnant ahead of time).

Cupping massage combines Eastern holistic care with modern science to relieve tension and improve circulation by breaking down adhesions and knots; customized with soft tissue massage and cupping.
