• Spinal Flow Initial Visit

  Includes a review of physical history, a brief assessment, and a private 30-minute Spinal Flow session. Gentle bodywork works with the nervous system to release physical, emotional, and chemical stress.

• Spinal Flow Private Session

  A private Spinal Flow session using light touch to activate the nervous system and support the release of physical, emotional, and chemical stress.

  60 minutes

• Spinal Flow Group Session

  Group Spinal Flow session for clients who have completed an initial session. Two tables are available.
