Listed price is a $500 deposit; total package price is $1,900.

• C-Section Four Week Postpartum Spa Package

  Four in-home weekly 2.5-hour postpartum care sessions for cesarean recovery, with a 45-minute Zoom consultation and take-home postpartum products. Services can begin seven days after the operation. Listed price is a $500 deposit; total package price is $1,900.

• Postpartum Wellness Spa Service

  In-home postpartum service including a floral herbal sitz bath, perineum steam, warm Thai compress abdominal massage, herbal abdominal mask, half-body massage, belly firming butter, and Modern Bengkung Bind. Available in Houston; typically one week after vaginal birth or four to six weeks after cesarean birth.

  2.5 hours

• Bengkung Belly Binding Service

  In-home or virtual instruction on using a traditional or modern Bengkung bind, including a bind and Belly Firming Butter. Partner participation is welcome. Typically offered 24 hours to four days after birth, or four to seven days after a C-section.

• Henna Belly

  Natural henna belly design for birth celebrations, maternity photos, baby showers, or mother blessings. Includes aftercare information; design is best left to dry for six hours or more.

  One-hour Zoom consultation for questions about postpartum recovery planning, birth preparation, birth plans, and options.

• Virtual Group Childbirth Education Class

  Virtual group class for expecting parents covering labor and birth, pain relief, C-section and interventions, birth planning, newborn care, breastfeeding basics, and postpartum self-care. Cost is per couple.

• Private Virtual Childbirth Education Class

  Personalized virtual childbirth education session tailored to the family's birth plan, preferences, and concerns.
