Massage therapy services offered by licensed massage therapist Kelly Emmershy, including Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, Himalayan salt stone, and head and neck massage, as well as a salt scrub add-on.

• Swedish Massage

  Relaxing massage that calms the nervous system, relieves muscular tension, decreases muscle toxins, increases blood oxygen levels, and improves flexibility. Essential oil aromatherapy is available as an add-on.

  $50 for 30 minutes; $80 for 1 hour; $115 for 90 minutes

  30 minutes, 1 hour, or 90 minutes

• Deep Tissue Massage

  Targets deeper muscles and connective tissue, focusing on chronic tension and knots. Beneficial for athletes and people with chronic neck, shoulder, or back stiffness and pain.

• Prenatal Massage

  Customized Swedish massage to relieve pressure and stress during pregnancy and post-pregnancy.

• Himalayan Salt Stone Massage

  Warm salt crystals soothe stress and tension, support relaxation and sleep, and gently exfoliate the skin.

  $95 for 1 hour; $130 for 90 minutes

• Head and Neck Massage

  Soothes muscle tension around the hairline, behind the ears, and in the neck; may help reduce stress, ease migraine and headache pain, and promote relaxation.

• Salt Scrub Add-on

  Customized Himalayan salt scrub with optional essential oil, exfoliation, and a hot towel wrap. Added into the massage time.
