Structural Therapy
Myofascial release and neuromuscular re-education; designed to get the client “unstuck” by working with connective tissue/fascia to improve balance, mobility, and reduce pain/discomfort.

Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle, subtle-energy bodywork to detect and correct restrictions in the craniosacral system; helps alleviate pain and dysfunction (e.g., TMJ, chronic neck/back pain, migraines, scoliosis, chronic fatigue).

Medical Massage
Corrective and relaxing massage combining elements of relaxation, sports, Swedish, and deep tissue; may include techniques intended to affect energetic systems. Offered as relaxation, deep tissue, Swedish, and Curtis’ corrective massage.
