Self Care Club offers a holistic approach to wellness with ritual-based offerings that blend science and spirit. Services include 1:1 in-person sessions (sacred sounds, breathwork, meditation/mindfulness, ground + glow, soul self care), esthetics (facials, peels, microneedling, Korean lash lift), and classes/events (meditation + mindfulness, reflect + realign, equine energy flow, face yoga, caregivers unwind circle).
