- Security deposit required for all new clients and for parties of two (2) or more (non-refundable; applied to final service total).
- After-hours fee: $25 per client if any portion of reservation occurs at/after 7:15 PM.
- Personal sanitation kit required for each service; one-time fee added if client does not have a kit (kit can be taken home and reused).
- Consultation is required; specialists may discontinue reservation if client and specialist are not aligned or if discomfort is sensed.
- Service guarantee: complimentary correction service if issues (chipping, cracking, lifting) are reported within 5 calendar days.
