Uses similar strokes to Swedish massage but with longer, firmer pressure focused on areas of pain and tension; includes “against grain” strokes to break fiber adhesion and reduce stress/tension.

• Hot Stone Massage

Melts away tension, eases muscle stiffness, and increases circulation and metabolism; stone heat relaxes muscles and encourages blood flow to reduce stress and tension.

• Couple Massage

Two people receive massages at the same time in the same room from two different therapists; provides benefits similar to other massage types with added bonuses.

• Back Walking Massage

Back walking coupled with Swedish or Deep Tissue massage to provide deeper penetration targeting specific pressure points.

• Aromatherapy

Essential oil therapy using naturally extracted aromatic essences to balance, harmonize, and promote health of body, mind, and spirit.

• Head Spa

Cleanses clogged pores of debris and moisturizes the scalp; promotes healthy hair/scalp, immediate stress relief, and better sleep.
