• Individual Therapy

  One-on-one treatment tailored to the client’s needs (individual counseling/psychotherapy/talk therapy). Addresses issues such as divorce, depression, anxiety/worry, stress management, self-worth/insecurity, relationship issues, life transitions, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and anger management.

  $152 per 53-minute session

• Couples Therapy

  Psychotherapy for romantic couples to improve their relationship by addressing conflict resolution, communication problems, and relationship satisfaction (including pre-marital counseling and marriage counseling).

• Immigration Evaluations

  Psychological assessments used in immigration relief processes, including VAWA evaluations, U-VISA evaluations, and Extreme Hardship evaluations.

• Group Session

  Group therapy setting with supportive community; includes meditation and other holistic modalities (e.g., Sound Bath, Rose Therapy).

  $65.00 per person (Meditation); $65.00 per person (Rose Therapy)

• Executive Coach

  Personalized coaching to empower leadership skills and professional success, including goal setting, skill development, accountability, work-life balance, and mindset shifts.

• Consultations

  Guidance and support for therapists establishing private practices (online or in-person), including how to start a private practice, self-care, administrative support, and networking.

• Touchless Massage + Therapy Bed

  Touchless therapy bed with multiple functions (healing music/5 elements, therapy pressure, high-frequency vibration, self-weight, high-speed hip vibration, and far infrared thermos therapy).

  Massage bed only: 30 minutes $40; 40 minutes $50; 50 minutes $65. Membership: $240 (4 sessions, 50 minutes each); $440 (8 sessions, 50 minutes each).
