• Ayurvedic Health Coaching

  Individualized wellness plans rooted in Ayurveda. Each session begins with a personal assessment to determine your dosha and current imbalances, followed by tailored guidance on nutrition, daily routines, lifestyle practices, herbal remedies, and therapeutic treatments. Consultations may be in person or online, by appointment only.
