• Chiropractic Care

  Chiropractic for bones and joint mobility, muscle work/massage for muscles and soft tissue problems, and adjustments to improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference.

• Acupuncture

  Acupuncture using fine, presterilized, disposable needles (used once only) to stimulate acupuncture points for pain relief and improved circulation; includes selecting acu-points to relieve pain and stress and increase vitality.

• Massage Therapy

  Therapeutic massage to address muscle and soft tissue problems, complementing chiropractic care to speed recovery and retrain the spine.

• Pilates

  Pilates classes (introductory, private, and group) to improve flexibility, strength, posture, rehabilitation, and mind-body connection; core postural muscle focus (Contrology).

  Introductory: 2 Sessions for $80; Private Sessions: $60; Group Class: $20 single or $15 if you buy a package of 10 for $150
